Douglas Otto Middle School
S & K Plumbing’s Commercial Division prides itself on the diversity of projects undertaken. Our Superintendents are assigned based on their areas of expertise. We have been involved in the construction of schools, big box retail, grocery stores, churches, fitness centers, theaters, restaurants, detention facilities, hospitals, public works and numerous other projects. Our work on the McKinney Wal-Mart is the first environmental friendly concept completed for Wal-Mart. We are also proud of our work on the Weapons Of Mass Effect project with Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas.
Additionally, we have personnel who specialize in areas such as tenant finish-out and medical gas. We have developed a relationship with a wide variety of general contractors nationwide. Our working relationships with various Mechanical Contractors also allow us to offer combination HVAC/Plumbing bids on select projects.
